only then the cancellation would be considered. All the prices displayed on our website are pre-GST prices. 18% GST will be applied on the total amount. Right of admission is absolutely reserved by the property owner and the number of occupants is to be strictly followed. No refunds will be made for any damages done to your personal appliances.

The property owners and other suppliers providing travel or other services in connection with the site are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Chalo Igatpuri. Chalo Igatpuri is not liable in any way for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Chalo Igatpuri acts as an independent body solely focused on helping customers find and book the best accommodation that suits their requirements and arranging other Supplier Services to make the best holiday possible. It is to be understood that Chalo Igatpuri has absolutely no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any Accommodation or Supplier Services, or the performance or conduct of any
Supplier or third party. 

In the case of camping, you are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as it was when you
arrived. You acknowledge and agree that as a camper, you will be responsible for your own acts and omissions, and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals whom you invite, or otherwise provide
access to, the property. You agree that we are authorized to immediately charge your account for all fees and
charges due and payable to us hereunder, and that no additional notice or consent is required.
